Meet the Colorado Mortgage Coach

A Colorado native and a veteran of over 25 years in the mortgage business this professional can assist you in your search for a new mortgage. Rob has been involved in every aspect of the mortgage profession from data entry to selling loans on the secondary market. Rob has learned all stages of the mortgage process by originating, processing, underwriting as well as a regional sales manager for the western United States. His vast knowledge of the business provides his clients the best service possible and the ability to adjust as the sometimes volatile mortgage market changes.

Attending both high school and college in Colorado, Rob now splits time  in the Las Vegas area, Florida and his home state of Colorado.  His three children keep him constantly on the go.  

A tireless giver, Rob spends his free time volunteering as a Championship Coach. Mentoring kids from 4‐14 in football, basketball, baseball and track. Coaching allows him to spread his positive attitude to the community and give back in the neighborhood any time he can. His success reaches beyond the mortgage world; his teams have won nine state championships as well as coaching four National Championship football teams.

Rob meets with each new client to create a game plan that fits their family’s needs and outlines the necessary steps required to obtain their new mortgage. He works just as hard for the first time buyer as he does for the million dollar buyer. His belief is that every mortgage needs personal and special attention.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PRE-APPROVAL

  • One month of most recent consecutive pay-stubs
  • Most resent two years of all W2 forms
  • Most recent two years tax returns with all schedules
  • Most recent two months bank statement with all pages
  • Valid State of Federal Identification
  • Divorce Decree or Separation Agreement
  • Bankruptcy Discharge and all filing documents

Each loan can have special circumstance and require additional information.
